I don’t pay clients to say nice things about me - I use threats and bribes. I find those are much more effective.

Wilbur and Archie are obsessed with Heather, to the point that I feel a bit jealous. Their favourite day of the week is Pudgy Dog playday. They especially love that their playgroup, although a bit different every week, is always made up of the perfect friends for them. I always know that they will come home tired and happy, and that they were safe and well-taken care of throughout their playdate. Heather also takes amazing and hilarious photos and videos of every playdate and if my dogs become instagram influencers, it will be because of Heather. I, Wilbur, and Archie all equally and enthusiastically recommend Pudgy Dog. - Dayna

Heather is a life-saver. We found Pudgy Dog when we were about to open a new business and had less time than usual to devote to our pup, and we could NOT have gotten through those times without the assurance of knowing Gertie was well taken care of, and I’d be remiss not to mention that it’s also so reassuring to leave Gertie with Heather when we are out of town as we know she is just as comfortable with Heather as she is with us at home. Heather has gotten us out of lots of tough-spots, come to our rescue, and gone above and beyond many times - not to mention, she takes stellar care of Gertie and is patient with her even though she isn’t exactly perfectly behaved at all times. 10/10 would recommend everything Pudgy Dog has to offer! - Alana Fiks + Angela Farkas, and Gertie

I can’t believe it will be 6 years that Pudgy Dog has been taking care of my fur babies!! I can honestly say I wouldn’t know what I would do without Pudgy Dog -no seriously you can never move and preferably take extremely short vacations if you must take any ;-)!

I can’t say how many serious business meetings I have been in when receiving a text from Heather that has made me burst out loud laughing! The wit and humour that match the pictures she sends is outstanding. If only she would make a coffee table book or calendar (hint hint). In the meantime I will continue to enjoy the great facebook family I feel I have come to know through Pudgy Dog.

Having Pudgy Dog means my daughter and I can have two of the best things in our life that bring us so much joy, comfort and companionship. Thank you Pudgy Dog!! - Shanleigh, Henry & Bryn

Heather’s visits are the highlight of the week for our two small (and somewhat rotund) pups. She is enormously kind and attentive, aware of their moods and needs, and we love the photos she sends from their Pudgy Dog adventures. Hugo and Oskar are her biggest fans - and their walks and backyard visits and socialization time tires them out happily! - The Holland Family

Like clock work twice a week Percy sits at the front door waiting and for Heather and her friends to pick her up. We know they have arrived because all we hear throughout the house is the thumping of Percy’s tail and the mad dash to the back door! Tuesday’s and Thursday’s are the favourite days of the week around our house because of Heather! Thanks for the constant love and amazing care of Percy! - Jill

In 2018 we were introduced to Heather through a referral of our dog trainer.  I texted Heather all of Calvin's issues and felt that by socializing him with other dogs he may gain some confidence and stop eating really inappropriate items in our home (inside of a hockey helmet, a book to name a few).  Heather came over on a Saturday and well, Calvin was smitten.  In fact enamoured, completely fell in love with Heather, head over paws, as our family did too.  Heather spent time with Calvin and figured out through some mysterious super power who would fit with him on a walk and who would not.  Calvin shrieks for Heather when the trusty pudydog mobile pulls up and is so excited for his walk.  Heather also agreed to take our girl Toffee who we thought would also benefit from Heather's support. Heather is also a professional who 'keeps it real'.  If Calvin or Toffee are a jerk on the walk, you will be advised.  If something is off with your dog, you will be the first to know.  Heather figured out by walking with Calvin that he had a severe ear infection.  We had no clue.

To put it simply, if your dogs get the privilege of being under Heather's care, you are in for a treat.  Heather will treat your dogs better than you can.

Heather is not simply a dog walker, we are blessed to have Heather be a part of our famjam.  Heather is caring, kind, funny, supportive, a good listener and doesn't put up with any of your dog's bull (or yours either).  And that to us, is a good thing. - Lisa
